Join us for a special evening on Thursday 2nd July 2026 from 7:00pm at Franco's, celebrating the wines of Sicily with the winery I Custodi delle Vigne dell' Etna, one of the most compelling producers from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. 

At the dinner, you will explore a curated selection of Etna wines. Each course of the four-course menu, created by Head Chef Stefano Turconi, will be paired with a glass from the estate, such as Imbris” Etna Bianco Superiore, Aetneus Etna Rosso or their most prestigious wine, the Etna Rosso Riserva “Saeculare”, which has a very limited production of only 3,000 bottles annually.

To mark this special occasion, the family have offered to release a select number of rare older vintages, which will be presented in magnum format.

A representative from the Winery will be there on the night to give an informative presentation about I Custodi delle Vigne dell' Etna, and introduce each of their wines served on the evening.
